LightnTec cooperates with Wavecare, a Scandinavian specialist for spatial ambient solutions in the medical field: in hospitals, therapy rooms and delivery rooms. The scientifically documented Wavecare Sensory Delivery Room provides a stress-reducing ambience in the delivery ward and supports the labour process with customized programs for childbirth. A light weight wall module, basically consisting of  ledTec.flex | wallpaper |p50, was easily mounted in the Wavecare Sensory Delivery Room.

The control of light settings, sound and visual stimulation in a one-finger touch interface make it easy for midwives to use during all stages of the delivery procedure. The ledTec.flex system with the hardware is connected to the house control and the interface. The video enabled system allows a specific dynamic video playback or ambient light, adjusted to the optimum situation in the delivery room.
